The company has obtained ISO 9001 certification, 2008 version, until August 2016 for long lines (Jendouba-Bizerte and Jendouba-Sousse), contractual transit lines (the workshop for automotive electrical repair, situated in the industrial zone of Jendouba and Al Rayyan for food products in Bin Bashir and Tabarka airport.)
After obtaining the "Marhaba" certification for reception services within the headquarters in Jendouba and Fernana plant, the company continued to work according to this certification while integrating it into the Quality system.
As far as safety is concerned, a mobile team has been created to control road safety, by monitoring safety elements of buses and school transport lines in particular, evaluating drivers performances, keeping track of accidents on roads, participating in research and taking corrective and preventive measures.
