History of the company

18 April 1963	creation of the company under the name of regional transport company of the Governorate of Jendouba with an initial capital of 30000 TND. Its purpose is passengers and goods road transport.
5 May 1972	the first increase of the company’s capital to reach 100000 TND.
5 May 1979	the second increase of the company’s capital to reach 220.050 TND.
31 December 1987	v of transporting passengers and transporting goods, such separation led to the creation of the regional transport company of goods of the Governorate of Jendouba, while keeping the regional transport company of passengers of Jendouba which main activity is passengers’ road transport.
15 June 2010	obtaining the certificate of the national label of quality improvement of reception "Marhba" (welcome ) in both of its agencies “ Jendouba and Fernana”.
25 October 2013	achieving ISO 9001/2008 certification for intercity road transportation: Jendouba - Bizerte, Sousse – Jendouba, as well as the most important contractual transit lines, namely: Jendouba - Jendouba cable factory - Al Rayyan factory and Tabarka – international airport of Tabarka andb Ain Drahem.
